Kei London Art Agency to Present "Exiled Deities - Inverted Myths" – A Solo Exhibition by Andrew Gow at London Art Fair 2025
London, 18 November 2024 – Kei London Art Agency is delighted to announce its debut at the London Art Fair 2025, marking the first time an art agency has participated in this prestigious event. This milestone presentation will feature a solo exhibition of Andrew Gow’s work within the Encounters section, curated by Pryle Behrman, from 22 to 26 January 2025. Visitors are invited to experience Gow’s masterful fusion of historical and contemporary themes, offering a reflective and immersive artistic journey.
Marking his first solo narrative exhibition, Andrew Gow, a highly acclaimed portrait artist with over two decades of experience, showcases a unique collection that reinterprets archaic mythic and religious iconography through a contemporary lens. Influenced by Northern European Renaissance altarpieces and ancient myths, Gow juxtaposes traditional and modern elements, creating thought-provoking critiques of today’s social norms and values.
Curated by Pryle Behrman, the Encounters section of the fair highlights works that blend unexpected ideas, styles, and cultural influences. Gow’s pieces, with their striking narrative depth, bridge the past and present, inviting viewers to engage in a dynamic exploration of enduring social themes and contradictions.
Kei London Art Agency is honoured to bring Andrew Gow’s compelling exhibition to London Art Fair 2025. As a debut participant, Kei London aims to foster meaningful dialogue, inspire fresh perspectives, and strengthen community connections through the transformative power of art.
